Get Results, LLC values its customers and their business. Therefore, we have made our cancellation and refund policies as easy to understand and as fair as possible.
For Get Results, LLC Sponsored Seminars, Workshops And Events:
A paid registrant can receive a full refund if he/she cancels 14 days or more before the scheduled course. We will also happily allow registrants to re-schedule their attendance for a similar future event at no extra cost when this is done before the start of the event for which the registrant is to attend. Future events must be already scheduled, and publicly promoted for this option to be offered.
If no similar events are scheduled and a registrant wants to cancel within 14 days of their scheduled attendance, a refund of 50% of tuition will be given to them.
For Get Results, LLC products:
For all products such as books and other electronic media (CDs and DVDs, etc.), these copyrighted materials are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If our customer is not satisfied that this material performs its intended purpose within reason, then Get Results, LLC will refund 100% of the purchase price if the materials have not been used or damaged.
If there has been any notable use or damage that will render these materials unsuitable for resale, then a refund of 50% will be given to the customer upon the materials’ return to Get Results, LLC.
Get Results, LLC Services
Get Results, LLC guarantees that its services (website/social media maintenance, in-office consulting, phone consultations, etc.) will provide the level of support, training and results within the scope of the general agreement form signed by both parties and within reasonable industry expectations.
Cancellation of such services is clearly defined within the scope of said agreement documentation, and the details are specific to the type of service provided.
